At Trace & Tribe, every item is made to order and printed specifically for you.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes made by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at tracetribe.store@gmail.com.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the product
* A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
